NextHome Fredricksen Real Estate is a locally owned and operated real estate agency based in Williston, North Dakota. They are a franchise leader at the national level and have a long history of exceptional service to the MonDak region.
Background
Our teams have worked together since 2008 when we designed the original website for Fredricksen’s Real Estate. After transferring the website to the franchise our next project was a commercial photography branding session which carried over to social media management of non-listing posts and ongoing photography efforts.

The focus of NextHome Real Estate is humans over houses. We implemented a social media strategy on Facebook and Instagram focusing on team member profiles and general non-listing informational posts that center on providing buyers and sellers with a glimpse of what makes NextHome Fredricksen the best choice for their real estate needs.
